The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The CP100 II, featuring a powerful and reliable
Cummins Tier IV Final engine, highway-class wear components and its
class’s leading screed platform in the EZCSS, the CP100 II delivers a
new level of performance and mat quality to the commercial-class
From small to large-scale commercial paving projects, the CP100 II
meets and exceeds the demands of contractors by delivering best-in-class
performance and exceptional mat quality. The platform’s versatility,
along with its low profile, enables the paver to be utilized in size
restrictive areas, while having the performance
and contractor-focus for sizable parking lot and municipal
Residential paving focuses on paving driveways, parking lots, cart paths, bike paths, footpaths, and other smaller areas. These smaller spaces are traveled via vehicle, bicycles, and foot daily, and examined at close range. Therefore, they demand attention to detail and focus. While these sites are smaller in scale than highway class or commercial class jobs, they still require asphalt paving machinery that can produce a quality mat with efficiency and productivity.
Commercial paving applications need machinery that can scale down the highway paver size without scaling down the power, functionality, performance, or efficacy. These pavers are able to pave hard-to-reach areas such as parking lots, traffic circles, and roundabouts to yield a quality mat without sacrificing productivity.
Motor Sports Paving requires nonstop paving, precise mat thickness, and consistent paving practices. The HMA mixture needs to be consistent in terms of temperature and consistency. The resulting pavement must be able to withstand massive stress.
• Standard paving width of 8′-15′ • Maximum paving width of 17′
The EZCSS features Carlson’s exclusive high strength single slide extension support, a system used by the EZIV front-mount screed. Complete with leading features including 2% screed taper, adjustable slide blocks, deck cone leveling, spring loaded endgates and more.
The CP100 II comes with two control stations allowing full control of the platform from either side. Each operator console comes standard with electric over hydraulic steering joysticks, intuitive rocker switch functions and 7in full color LED displays.
Available in 2-man and 3-man configurations. In the 2-man configuration the platform’s control consoles are screed mounted, keeping them relative to the operator at all times. When in the 3-man position the CP100 II features seats and operator stations able to pivot outwards 45º for maximum visibility.
Horizontal Sliding Damper Doors
A feature that keeps obstructions such as utility boxes from damaging them while open, the horizontal sliding doors are infinitely adjustable for utilization during wide width paving, utility cut applications, or fully closed for transport across the jobsite.
The CP100 II is available with a wide array of options that enhance the performance, versatility and comfort of the platform. From integrated berm and power crown to tunnel kits and hydraulic truck hitch, the CP100 II can be customized to the needs and wants of the contractor. Paver options are able to be retrofitted at a later date, allowing contractors to customize their platform to suit the needs of their paving applications at any time.
