Dealer Agreement with Reliable Asphalt Products for MINDS Asphalt Plant Controls

Reliable Asphalt Products and Astec Industries have mutually agreed to conclude Reliable Asphalt Products’ dealership arrangement for MINDS asphalt plant controls, effective April 12th,2024. This decision, resulting from thoughtful deliberation by both entities, affirms our unified belief that Astec's direct sales and support channels are optimally positioned to handle the distribution and servicing of MINDS products and services.

Seamless Transition: Both Astec Industries and Reliable Asphalt Products are dedicated to ensuring a seamless transition for all existing and prospective customers. Any ongoing projects or commitments will be honored and completed as planned.
Customer Support: Astec’s customer service and support teams are fully equipped to handle all inquiries, troubleshooting, and future purchases directly.
Future Collaboration: This change in our dealer arrangement does not preclude future collaborations with Reliable Asphalt Products. We expect to continue our professional relationship in other capacities.
